Stuff I want to do/am working on
I like being crafty. I'm doing lots of things myself. If you have any questions as to how I made stuff, page me on the March 2010 board.
House Divided Clay Figurines- Groom'
So I bought some clay to make some table number holders and did an epic fail on making those. Then, as I was staring at the wasted $10 block of clay, I thought....why would I pay somebody $45 on etsy to make these when I have all this clay?
They are homemade and not perfect. If FI likes them (it is HIS cake after all), we will use them for sure.

Cocktail Napkins
I ordered a custom stamp from terbear on etsy. Bought Stazon ink and napkins from Party City. Stamped away. I have some burgundy ones ordered b/c they don't carry them in my local store.
Cards for gifts
Took some solid cards and envelopes from Michael's, some sticky rhinestones, and some paper flowers and glue. Did some crafts while watching a movie with FI one night, and voila! I packaged the cards in clear envelopes. I will tie packs together with some pretty ribbon.
Shoe Rhinestones
This took very little time- like 30 minutes. and one $3 pack of rhinestones from Michael's. A little detail for me to keep secret. :-)
UPDATE: The rhinestones have been falling off like crazy...so I scraped them off. No harm, no foul.

Monogram Aisle Runner
So on my 2nd attempt, I painted our aisle runner. Actually, I painted two b/c we have two aisle. It was a long, tedious task...and my neck is killing me from bending over my kitchen counter and painting....but I'm happy with the results!
Paper Parasols
I had some extra white paper parasols from Oriental Trading. I painted our names and date on them with paint pens from Michaels. They aren't perfect, but they are cute. No one is going to scrutenize them, so I'm cool with them.
Door hangers
For the doors at the church. Cute huh?
Jewelry
I decided to try to make my own jewelry. Well, I ended up with way too much stuff, and made some bracelets for my girls. I like them alot. Supplies from Hobby Lobby and Michael's. Page me on the March board to get instructions if you are interested. Pearls are "ecru" and my bracelet has a sterling and crystal separators and the girls have pink separators.
Memory Candle
Ty and I have each lost grandparents (I've lost 3 grandpas, he has lost one grandma) and we want to remember them on the wedding day. We will have these candles lit and on a table in the foyer of the church. Its a glass cylindar vase with printed vellum (made the photo edits and stuff in Photoshop) and ribbon. Excuse the blue tape on the back. I was mocking this one up using painter's tape so it wouldn't leave residue on the glass!)
Programs
Speaking of programs, nothing fancy...but we will do pink and maroon cardstock with our monogram on the front....and info inside. Maybe tie a ribbon around the fold. Maybe. Let's not get too crazy or anything.
Aisle Runner
I already have the runner and the paint pens (I think those will work better than freehand brushing for me!) I just have to follow the directions here
Flip Flop Basket
Found flip flops for CHEAP at Michael's on sale and at Hobby Lobby on sale in pink and black. Bought a clearance basket at Michael's. just have to make the sign and its done! Will look like this one...
Photo Sharing Cards
I got some photo sharing cards for free from Vistaprint. Bought a square holder at Michael's on clearance. Going to make a sign like this one. I think I will also put the cards in the programs too. I have bunches of the cards.
